Overview

Application show
This instrument is a high-precision angle measuring instrument that applies the principle of optical self-collimation imaging and micrometering, uses optical self-collimation method to change the angle into a linear value. The micro linear displacement grating sensor detects the change of the linear value, measures the angle change indirectly. It is widely used for precision measurement of small angles. With the polyhedral prism, it can test the indexing errors of various indexing circles (multi-point indexing table, optical indexing table, turntable, goniometer, etc.); measuring the straightness of the guide rail, the flatness of the precision plate, the perpendicularity and parallelism between the base planes, the shaking error of the precision shaft system, etc. What’s more, it is also used to measure the angle difference of various prisms and the parallel difference of the flat mirror, and to measure and inspect the angular error between various prisms, flat mirrors and assembly reference planes.
